I have the box(minor dents), but the box is very huge and it might save on shipping to go without it, but if you want the box let me know. It has been displayed before, but is in good condition(though the zipper broke off). On the parts where it's use to changes form is a bit scratch up since it's really hard to pull out some of the transforming pieces. There's also some part that don't fit well with each other when transforming.
I'm also missing 2 minor pieces (the one for the inside of the shield when to transform(it didn't fit). Also the piece for the shield to put on.
(this picture shows the empty slot which is one of the piece(it look like the other piece in the other slot) I'm missing also the piece on the very left(not the green one) is the other piece I'm missing(there's suppose to be 2)
